Job Title

HR Generalist


Looking for a dynamic and organized individual to manage HR documents, assist in business process improvement and stay updated on HR trends. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
  • Assist in preparation and updating of business flowcharts.
  • Stay informed about HR best practices, trends and regulatory changes.
  • Support the team with Microsoft Teams training.
  • Develop and maintain employee handbooks and benefit plans.
  • Prepare reports for government compliance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1 year experience in HR or administration.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Teams.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours.
