About the Role

This position involves implementing and managing HR policies and procedures to ensure that all personnel-related tasks are carried out in compliance with established laws and regulations.

  • Manage recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases to reflect changes in personnel information, ensuring data is up-to-date and compliant with labor laws.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation packages to maintain a competitive edge in attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees to enhance their skills and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues and conflicts promptly and fairly, maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by staying informed about updates and changes.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive HR-related reports to management to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Oversee employee separation processes, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing disruption to business operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in HR or a related field.
  • Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, management, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented and able to analyze complex data to make informed decisions.
