About the RoleThis position involves implementing and managing HR policies and procedures to ensure that all personnel-related tasks are carried out in compliance with established laws and regulations.
- Manage recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases to reflect changes in personnel information, ensuring data is up-to-date and compliant with labor laws.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation packages to maintain a competitive edge in attracting and retaining top talent.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees to enhance their skills and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues and conflicts promptly and fairly, maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by staying informed about updates and changes.
- Prepare and present comprehensive HR-related reports to management to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Oversee employee separation processes, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing disruption to business operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in HR or a related field.
- Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, management, and external partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented and able to analyze complex data to make informed decisions.
