
Expert HR Strategist

We are seeking a strategic HR Director to oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive HR practices, processes and initiatives that support business objectives and drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies and programs aligned with company goals and compliance with local labor laws.
- Lead the recruitment process to ensure a diverse and skilled workforce.
- Manage preparation of HR documents (orders, staff lists, sick leave management, timesheets, hiring documents etc).
- Calculate employee benefits (sick leaves, vacation time, unpaid leave, remuneration under contract).
- Process payroll payments.
- Prepare financial reports (tax reports, payroll reports & employee benefit reports).
- Implement performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
- Assess training needs, develop and monitor training programs.
- Provide data-driven insights through HR metrics to inform business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all employment regulations and maintain confidentiality in HR matters.
Requirements:
- Proficient knowledge of HR policies and procedures relating to staff management.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field (master's preferred).
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
- Ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in software tools used in HRM.
