HR Director

We are seeking a strategic HR Director to oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive HR practices, processes and initiatives that support business objectives and drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies and programs aligned with company goals and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Lead the recruitment process to ensure a diverse and skilled workforce.
  • Manage preparation of HR documents (orders, staff lists, sick leave management, timesheets, hiring documents etc).
  • Calculate employee benefits (sick leaves, vacation time, unpaid leave, remuneration under contract).
  • Process payroll payments.
  • Prepare financial reports (tax reports, payroll reports & employee benefit reports).
  • Implement performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
  • Assess training needs, develop and monitor training programs.
  • Provide data-driven insights through HR metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment regulations and maintain confidentiality in HR matters.

Requirements:

  • Proficient knowledge of HR policies and procedures relating to staff management.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field (master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
  • Ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in software tools used in HRM.
