Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the position of Program Assistant based in Karachi, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, calendar management, and preparing routine correspondence.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of key stakeholders, including government officials, donors, UN agencies, NGOs, vendors, and other institutions associated with our work in Pakistan.
  • Manage office administration, ensuring seamless workflow and overseeing maintenance and repair work.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for accurate billing and accounting procedures.
  • Assist in preparation and logistical planning for events, such as conferences, workshops, and negotiations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience working within a project team and familiarity with companies that maintain strong systems and processes.
  • Strong command of oral and written English.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work well under pressure with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.
