Job Title: Retail Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail sales operations department, you will be responsible for evaluating data analyses including current sales trends, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing strategies to drive business growth.

You will work closely with our Field Force Team, Promoters Team, and Regional Managers to coordinate daily activities, analyze sales gaps, and develop effective solutions to address them.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating data analyses to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Coordinating daily activities with Field Force Team, Promoters Team, and Regional Managers
  • Developing and implementing strategies to address sales gaps and improve overall performance
  • Maintaining strong communication with the team to ensure seamless execution of plans

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
