Marketing and Partnerships Executive

This role involves leading the management of our conventional marketing activities, sponsorships, and partnerships. You will play a key part in shaping how our brand interacts with communities, businesses, and audiences offline.

  • You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives such as print ads, billboards, radio/TV spots, outdoor advertising, and events.
  • You will ensure all campaigns align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
  • You will collaborate internally to design captivating visuals, taglines, and messaging that stand out.
  • You will identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including businesses, influencers, and community organizations.
  • You will develop mutually beneficial sponsorship agreements that amplify brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • You will oversee sponsorships for events, trade shows, exhibitions, and community programs.
  • You will represent us at industry events, ensuring our presence is impactful and memorable.
Requirements
  • You must have 16 years of education.
  • You must have familiarity with the local market and an understanding of consumer behavior, including regional preferences and cultural nuances.
  • You must have exceptional interpersonal and networking skills to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • You must have strong negotiation skills to secure win-win deals and partnerships.
  • You must have creative and strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing ideas.
  • You must have excellent organizational skills to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
