Job Title: Power Transmission & Distribution Sector Leader

We are seeking a visionary and result-oriented leader to drive the growth of our company in the power transmission and distribution sector.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth & Expansion:

    • Develop and implement strategies to drive business transformation and achieve revenue growth within a five-year timeframe.
    • Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders in the power transmission and distribution sector.

  • Operational Excellence & Cost Optimization:

    • Reengineer existing business processes to enhance cost efficiency and operational effectiveness, focusing on profitability, cost control, and maximizing return on investment.
    • Implement best practices in supply chain, project execution, and customer engagement.

  • Leadership & Organizational Development:

    • Provide strong, decisive leadership to build a high-performance organization, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
    • Develop and mentor a dynamic team to ensure long-term business sustainability and growth.

  • Stakeholder & Financial Management:

    • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and P&L management to drive bottom-line growth. Work closely with senior executives to align strategic goals and business priorities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, contractors, and industry peers.
Candidate Profile: Experience & Qualifications:
  • 20+ years of experience in the power transmission & distribution sector. A degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Communication-IT, or Telemetry is preferred.
  • Proven leadership as CEO/COO of a large organization in the power sector. Strong industry connections, including utilities, EPC contractors, and multinational corporations.
  • A track record in business scaling, restructuring, and achieving revenue growth.

  • Strong expertise in people management, financial oversight, and operations leadership. Assertive, independent, and proactive with a results-driven mindset.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
