Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Executive Assistant to the CEO.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to work across diverse teams and functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Email Management: Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and events across multiple time zones (primarily EST).
- Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up: Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports for meetings.
- Operational Support: Assist in coordinating key operational and strategic initiatives within the organization.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Project Assistance: Support various projects as needed, including research, data analysis, and drafting reports.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and manage complex domestic and international travel itineraries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
