As a Sales Automation Executive, you will play a crucial role in implementing and sustaining sales automation initiatives and projects. This includes:
- Enabling the company to make effective business decisions based on secondary sales data
- Driving analytics in the sales function while accommodating all functions and businesses
- Developing automated reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics (KPIs)
- Providing sales teams with the right tools, resources, and information to improve efficiency
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights that inform strategy and identify areas for improvement
- Work with other teams to troubleshoot and optimize systems for better performance
- Maintain and review the health checks to ensure accurate sales and numeric reports can be generated by the system
- Regularly assess automation processes and identify areas for improvement
**Requirements:**
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Sciences or Engineering discipline
- Application support or development experience including complementary applications and application testing
- Must possess knowledge of sales and distribution operations
- Hands-on experience of dashboard designing in Power BI
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience of database management/writing queries - intermediate level
- Project management experience (preferable)
