Lead Training and Development Strategist

The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking leader who can shape the future of our training programs, faculty development, curriculum design, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement an overarching training and development strategy aligned with industry growth in academic education.
- Oversee the creation, enhancement, and continuous improvement of vocational and academic training programs to meet industry needs and regulatory standards.
- Evaluate all training content and delivery methods against accreditation standards and educational quality benchmarks.
- Cultivate relationships with industry leaders, academic institutions, and certifying bodies to ensure training relevance and recognition.
- Master's degree or higher in Education, Human Resource Development, Curriculum Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in training and development within vocational or academic institutions.
- Deep understanding of competency-based education, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing educational programs and teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
