We are seeking a skilled Category Manager to drive growth, profitability, and product assortment optimization across all lighting categories.

  1. Key Responsibilities:

Category Management:
Optimize product selection and assortment in functional, architectural, and decorative lighting categories.

Sales Growth & Profitability:
Develop strategies to boost sales and enhance profitability within each lighting category.

Pricing & Competitive Analysis:

Conduct competitive analysis, assess price sensitivity, and optimize pricing strategies.

Analyze data using tools like Magento, Excel, and Google Analytics to monitor category performance and make data-driven adjustments.

Coordinate promotions with marketing and data analysis teams to design and launch category-specific promotions.

Built relationships with manufacturers to align product offerings with market demands.

Job Specification:

This position requires a strong background in category management, preferably in e-commerce, B2B, or wholesale environments.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, experience with data-driven decision-making, and strong communication skills.

The successful candidate will be able to analyze sales trends, identify opportunities for growth, and develop effective strategies to improve profitability.

Performance metrics include sales growth within specific categories, improvements in profit margins, and expansion of market share.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in category management, especially in e-commerce, B2B, or wholesale environments.
  • Proficiency in Magento, Excel, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
