We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Professional to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  4. Business Meetings: Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients.
  5. Brand Promotion: Promote the company's services and brand to enhance its reputation.
  6. Client Solutions: Identify client travel needs, and present suitable solutions including travel packages, corporate arrangements, and holiday offers.
  7. Performance Metrics: Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies.
  9. Industry Events: Participate in industry events, travel fairs, and networking opportunities to promote the company.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the travel or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
  2. Travel Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of travel services and holiday packages.
  3. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  5. Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
