Healthcare Representative Role

  • Efficiently re-schedule patient appointments as required via telephone calls and written notifications to patients, minimizing disruptions and maximizing satisfaction.
  • Screen and route patient calls to other departments proficiently, guaranteeing accurate registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up appointment scheduling in our database.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate a strong 'customer first' attitude and commitment to excellence in patient care.
  • Exhibit English language proficiency (listening and speaking) to ensure effective communication with patients and colleagues.
