We are looking for an experienced Patient Support Representative to join our US Healthcare operations team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in patient coordination, appointment scheduling, and handling healthcare documentation with complete accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Patient Support Representative or in a related healthcare support role
  • HIPAA Certification (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in eClinicalWorks (ECW) or other EHR software
  • Medical Scribing skills are a plus
  • Strong understanding of US healthcare procedures and insurance processes
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Ability to work on-site in Johar Town, Lahore

Responsibilities:

  • Manage high-volume patient calls professionally and efficiently
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring minimal errors
  • Maintain and update patient records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff for seamless patient service
  • Verify insurance details and assist in eligibility checks
