Job Title: Domestic Travel Coordinator

Job Description:
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Domestic Travel Coordinator. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating domestic travel arrangements for our clients.
  • Responsibilities include answering inbound phone calls regarding domestic travel, guiding travelers with relevant and useful information, diagnosing clients' specifications, wishes, and suggesting suitable travel packages or services.
  • You will also be responsible for organizing travels from beginning to end, booking accommodations and securing rental transportation.
  • Research domestic destinations and means of travel, considering prices, customs, weather conditions, and reviews.
  • Utilize promotional techniques and prepare materials to sell tour packages.
  • Handle unforeseen problems and complaints, determining eligibility for money returns.
  • Attend conferences to stay updated on tourism trends.
  • Create and update electronic records of clients using Google Docs.
  • Maintain relationships with key individuals.
  • Meet revenue and profit targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of customer service.
  • Familiarity with Google Docs.
