About the Role

This Implementation Strategist will play a pivotal role in how our organization sells and delivers technical engagements during the pre-sales process, fostering collaboration with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales to understand client needs and deliver compelling solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Develop customer-centric solutions, including prospect presentations and RFP responses, ensuring alignment with the client's goals.
  • Guide clients through the change management process during telematics implementation, offering strategies for smooth adoption and integration into fleet operations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and operations aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Maintain and update sales collateral and resources.
  • Monitor effectiveness of sales initiatives and provide actionable recommendations.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Professional Services, SaaS solutions, or similar fields with a focus on customer engagement and solution development.
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and present complex concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships, particularly in guiding change management during technology implementation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders.
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
