The Assistant Director role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization by providing strategic insights and support to the PBFA Lead.

This finance professional will be instrumental in helping to maintain/improve profitability and provide critical support to the ASU PBFA Lead in carrying out their role.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of financial analysis and be able to develop effective working relationships with the extended Finance team and ASU leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the PBFA cycle, including SL performance KPIs, to provide valuable insights to leadership.
  • Conduct data analysis on large sets of data to identify trends and areas for improvement, informing business decisions.
  • Lead the development of financial models to assess the impact of different scenarios, providing critical support to the Operations lead.
  • Support the root cause analysis of variances and identification of possible solutions to resolve issues.
  • Establish effective working relationships with the extended Finance team and ASU leadership team.
  • Participate in various improvement initiatives and information gathering activities within the PBFA space.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • A finance-related degree or qualified accountant.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Packages, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, and Word.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and eager to analyze and solve complex cases.
