Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Influencer Marketing Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and scaling influencer campaigns across social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing, with a strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram creator ecosystems. They must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to identify high-potential creators.

Responsibilities include sourcing, vetting, and reaching out to influencers, managing outreach campaigns, and building relationships with creators. The successful candidate will also coordinate content timelines, deliveries, and performance tracking, create scripts and briefs for video content, and track affiliate performance and optimize based on results.

In addition, the successful candidate will collaborate with creative and brand teams to align messaging and ensure cohesive campaigns. They will also have the opportunity to develop their skills in affiliate marketing and social selling, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years experience in influencer marketing or social media marketing
  • Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram creator ecosystems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to identify high-potential creators
  • Basic understanding of affiliate marketing and social selling
