Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Inside Solutions Architect, specializing in security solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the consultative discovery of client business goals and objectives, translating them into effective technology solutions.

This role supports the sales process by designing and recommending advanced security solutions tailored to customer needs. The Inside Solutions Architect works closely with sales teams, customers, and vendor partners to ensure technical excellence, customer satisfaction, and increased revenue growth and margin in their solution environment.

The ideal candidate brings technical knowledge of security technologies along with strong communication and collaboration skills, acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist sales teams in presales activities, including gathering customer requirements and supporting solution design.
  • Support the creation of Bill of Materials (BoM), quote generation, and solution validation for security technologies.
  • Develop a working knowledge of security platforms such as firewall solutions, endpoint protection, identity and access management (IAM), cloud security, security operations tools (SIEM/SOAR), and vulnerability management solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging security technologies, and vendor offerings.
