Responsibilities
  1. Calendar and Scheduling: Manage complex calendars and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  2. Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  3. Document Creation: Prepare presentations, reports, and documents using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  4. Confidential Information: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  5. Meetings and Conferences: Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
  6. Email Management: Manage email and correspondence, responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • English Language Skills: Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Teamwork and Flexibility: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Work Schedule: Available to work 6 days a week with 9-hour shifts (Evening and Night Shifts).
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Problem-Solving and Multi-Tasking: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Pleasant and Professional Manner: Pleasant and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
