Job Description

Your role as a Business Development Manager involves identifying sales leads, pitching services to new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with contacts.

This position requires effective communication and includes responsibilities such as:

  • Generating a database for the upcoming week, receiving direction on where to find leads, and assistance with data scraping if needed.
  • Understanding the needs and pain points of potential clients and tailoring pitches accordingly.
  • Following up with leads and scheduling technical meetings with the development team or in-person meetings.
  • Overseeing the fulfillment of client work, managing expectations, and building relationships.
  • Training new Business Development staff through the onboarding process and ongoing training.
  • Maintaining a monthly review of the development process.
  • Managing the CRM system and pipeline.

Primarily, you will focus on generating business in the area of developing Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for entrepreneurs on limited budgets in the UK and US, eventually moving on to building relationships for the platform itself and leading a team below you.
