Empowering Girls through Education

The mission of this role is to support the growth and development of girls in Pakistan by strengthening inclusive provincial education systems. This program aims to provide quality education to marginalized children and adolescents aged 5-16 in seven districts of KP and eight districts of Punjab.

This project is a collaboration between the British Council and Muslim Hands, funded by the FCDO. As a School Leadership Expert, you will play a vital role in achieving this goal.

  • Develop training guides for Peer Group Leaders (PGLs) and Teachers Guides for supporting PGLs
  • Run training programs for downstream partners (DSPs) and PGLs to strengthen girls' voices
  • Work closely with DSPs to strengthen their capacity on girls' agency and provide mentoring support
  • Represent the program and maintain high levels of professionalism and conduct

Responsibilities:

  • Develop content for child-friendly education materials
  • Facilitate Training of Trainers and mentoring
  • Collaborate with downstream partners to achieve program objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate program progress

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in social sciences or relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in content development and training
  • Expertise in peer-led learning approaches and strengthening girls' voices
  • Proven work experience on English Learning and content development
