Clinical Trials Coordinator

This is a grant-funded position responsible for coordinating study requirements, organizing informed consent processes, and providing patient care in compliance with protocol guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise and coordinate study needs with relevant units and departments
- Organize and administer the informed consent process with the Principal Investigator's input
- Coordinate and provide patient care in accordance with protocol requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation as per protocol and GCP standards
- Review patients' health status and response to investigational products
- Support laboratory services including phlebotomy and specimen collection/handling
- Assess clinical trials protocols and share feedback with supervisors for approval
- Facilitate internal and external audits of the unit
- A degree in Medicine or relevant Health Field
- Current registration with professional association and good standing
- At least one year of research experience or 3 years of clinical work experience in nursing or other relevant fields
- Excellent clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong research ethics and integrity
