Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with clients, updating them on order status, and coordinating with our production teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve our services and implementing process enhancements to drive efficiency and productivity. Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
