Job Title: Senior Technology Project Manager

The Job entails managing client-facing projects to enhance their operational efficiency and improve customer service experiences. This role requires a senior-level professional with strong project management skills, experience in handling client communications, and the ability to implement new processes for effective team operations.

This position oversees the supervision of team members based in Karachi, Pakistan Office and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline business operations and develop case studies for industry client types. The successful candidate will have excellent English oral and written skills, commercial acumen, and proficiency in using project management tools such as Lucid Chart, Askia, Trello, and MS Office Tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management (60%):
    • Developing project timelines and resourcing plans
    • Monitoring project timelines, key milestones, and adapting resources to meet deadlines
    • Facilitating client calls and meetings, capturing meeting minutes, and updating project plans
    • Owning and conducting internal end-of-project wrap-up sessions for reflective learning
  • Account Management (30%):
    • Handling inbound client communications via email and prioritizing responses
    • Working closely with the Managing Director in handling client invoices/payments
  • Commercial (10%):
    • Developing retention and growth strategies for client accounts

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years project management experience
  • Experience in handling client communications and implementing new processes
  • Solid understanding of people resourcing (internal and external)
  • Excellent English oral and written skills
  • Ability to implement new processes and procedures for new team members

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. A strong commercial mindset with logical approach to implementation is also essential.
