Compensation and Benefits Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Compensation and Benefits operations. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective compensation and benefit programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing compensation and benefit programs to ensure equity and fairness within grades
  • Supervising payroll processes and accrued liabilities
  • Evaluating job market surveys and determining relevant data-driven insights
  • Coordinating special projects related to grading structures, policies, and compliance
  • Maintaining insurance coverage and premiums, negotiating with insurance companies as needed
  • Preparing and settling insurance claims, arranging final settlements and recovery proceedings
  • Overseeing all related transactional activities in our ERP system
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree or MBA in Finance or Human Resources Management
  • 3-5 years of experience leading compensation and benefits processes and practices, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent skills in computer applications such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and HR-ERP/SAP
