We are seeking a skilled and experienced Agile Scrum Master to lead our high-performance Agile teams in delivering cutting-edge software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, guiding them through critical Scrum events including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Cultivate Agile principles, values, and practices among team members, product owners, and stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, self-organization, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Identify and mitigate obstacles hindering team progress and delivery.
  • Maintain team focus, productivity, and discipline during sprints.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Support the product owner in backlog grooming, prioritization, and maintaining a clear product backlog.
  • Analyze and report on key Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and team performance.
  • Implement best practices tailored to the organization's context to drive Agile maturity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or similar Agile certification required.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development life cycles.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Able to resolve conflicts, build consensus, and maintain a positive team dynamic.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally).
  • Experience working with distributed or remote teams is a plus.
