Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Officer to support our strategic recruitment planning and oversee the candidate selection process.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and exceptional interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring a smooth selection process.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of attracting high-quality candidates.
  • A strong understanding of the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and assessment of applicants.
  • Ability to work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure a seamless selection process.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and prioritization skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  2. Build relationships with potential candidates, identify their strengths and weaknesses, and make informed hiring decisions.
  3. Partner with department heads to ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide ongoing support to new hires.
  4. Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
