Our client is a leading business entity in central and southern Punjab, with a customer base of 70 people working across departments like Accounts/Finance, Sales/Purchases, Distribution, Logistics, Administration, and others. The company seeks a Chief Operating Officer to spearhead their project review and strategic planning.

Job Overview

This senior management position requires the COO to assess the current state of the project, identify areas for improvement, and strengthen the control system to ensure a sustainable income stream. Although supported by the owners and IFI Consultants, the successful candidate will coordinate this effort professionally and practically.

A Bachelor's degree and at least ten years of experience in a comparable organization are the minimum requirements. Relevant experience will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Review: Conduct an overall assessment of the present state of the project.
  • Strategic Planning: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the business.
  • Control System Strengthening: Implement measures to ensure a sustainable income stream.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least ten years of experience in a comparable organization.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven experience in project review and strategic planning.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills.
