We are seeking a strategic Performance Coach to join our team at Publicite. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and developing sales professionals to improve their performance and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales professionals to improve their performance and achieve sales targets.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these issues.
- Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to equip sales professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a similar industry.
- Skills: Excellent coaching and communication skills, ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
