Production Planning Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead cross-functional alignment through an integrated Master Business Plan (IMBP) that considers plant capacities and business needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on demand forecasts, capacity, and material availability.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production output vs. plan and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Coordinate with material planners to ensure availability of raw materials and components.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to align plans with business goals.
  • Lead or participate in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain roles, preferably in FMCG.
  • Proven experience with MRP systems (e.g., SAP, ISCP).
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multi-product environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
