NATIONAL TELEPHONE CO-OP ASSN offers a competitive opportunity for a results-driven sales leader to join our team and contribute to our continued success as a provider of high-speed communications services.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets, lead the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities, foster strategic partnerships, and collaborate across departments to optimize product development, pricing, promotion, and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, drive the development and implementation of sales processes and best practices.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, providing insights and recommendations to the executive team.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent leadership experience in business development.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management.
  • Valid driver's license required.
