Senior Pharmacy Manager Position

Job Summary:
Pharmacy Operations LeaderWe seek an experienced pharmacy leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, have a deep understanding of pharmacy practices, and be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care services. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing budgets, standards of work performance, plans, and evaluations for pharmacy services.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on inventory levels, medication usage, and staff performance.
- Schedule and manage workflow to ensure efficient delivery of services.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote education, consultation, and research within the pharmacy.
In addition to operational expertise, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and external partners.
Requirements:- 8-10 years of experience in pharmacy management.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Candidates should possess a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
