**About the Role:**
As a Customer Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with stockists, distributors, and other trade partners. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and implementing customer development strategies to achieve sales and distribution objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement customer development strategies to achieve sales and distribution objectives.
- Ensure effective execution of customer development plans and roll out of schemes by working closely with stockists, distributors, and other trade partners.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and market trends.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
**Requirements:**
- 2+ years of work experience in FMCG companies.
- Postgraduate or Masters in Business Administration.
