
Business Relationship Executive

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer needs and be able to build strong relationships with high-value customers.
Key Tasks:- DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH HIGH-VALUE CUSTOMERS THROUGH PROACTIVE ENGAGEMENT AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION.
- UNDERSTAND CUSTOMERS' BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS AND CHALLENGES TO POSITION OUR SOLUTIONS AS THE BEST FIT.
- DELIVER PRODUCT DEMOS AND TRAINING TO MAXIMIZE ADOPTION AND VALUE REALIZATION.
- MONITOR CUSTOMER HEALTH SIGNALS, USAGE PATTERNS, AND SATISFACTION LEVELS TO IDENTIFY RISKS AND OPPORTUNITIES.
- SERVE AS THE PRIMARY CONTACT AND TRUSTED ADVISOR, OFFERING STRATEGIC GUIDANCE TO HELP CUSTOMERS ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management, business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role within a tech company, preferably in customer success or support.
- Basic understanding of our products/services and familiarity with CS metrics like churn, MRR, ARPU, and revenue expansion.
- STRONG VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION ABILITIES, WITH A SENSE OF OWNERSHIP.
- CUSTOMER-CENTRIC MINDSET, EMPATHY, AND COMMITMENT TO DELIVERING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES.
- EFFECTIVE TEAMWORK WITH INTERNAL DEPARTMENTS TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL ONBOARDING AND SUPPORT.
