  • Encourage a consultative and value-driven sales approach to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct pipeline analysis, budget forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to create sales enablement tools.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and apply them to innovative sales strategies.
  • Represent Vairt at industry events to amplify brand visibility.
  • Cultivate robust relationships across departments to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Offer insightful contributions to the Executive Committee to drive innovation, enhance strategy, and boost profitability.
