Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Director or Business Development Director. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience, preferably with a background in PR and sponsorship sales, as well as significant agency experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Growth: Develop strategies to drive growth through partnerships with brands and businesses.
  • Sponsorship Acquisition: Acquire sponsorships to support Mint Rewards' initiatives.
  • Proposal Development: Develop proposals and presentations for potential partners and sponsors.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships with CMOs, sustainability teams, CSR teams, and brand managers to promote collaboration and support for our mission.
  • Agreement Negotiation: Negotiate partnership and sponsorship agreements.
  • Objective Alignment: Align partnerships with overall business objectives.
  • Performance Tracking: Track performance of partnership and sponsorship activities, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Trend Analysis: Analyze industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for growth and collaboration.
