We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Customer Operations Specialist, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Copper and Fiber networks. The successful candidate will be accountable for maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), achieving conversion targets, and reducing complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate mapping of Copper/FF network infrastructure
  • Ensure timely execution of maintenance projects to improve operational KPIs (Copper/FF network)
  • Achieve quality installations while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and zero pendency
  • Promote Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance to reduce accidents/injuries among field workers and vendors

This role requires a deep understanding of telecommunications network operations, including Copper and GPON QSP maintenance, and team management. Expertise in IT/reporting, GPON maintenance, and customer handling is preferred.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecom/Electrical Engineering
  • 0-1 year of relevant experience
  • Advanced computer skills and knowledge of telecom infrastructure operations
