Role Summary:

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. Responsibilities include job posting, screening and interviewing candidates, and onboarding. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy and oversee the recruitment process while maintaining the candidate pipeline. Responsible for strategic HR development practices with the help of People management for long-term business goals and objectives, taking care of HR operations including HR policy making, employer branding, employee grievances, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Hiring potential candidates on time for both technical and non-technical positions.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies.
  3. Source and attract highly skilled technical candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and events.
  4. Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate assessment, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
  6. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
  8. Create compelling job postings and advertisements to attract top talent.
  9. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with technical communities, universities, and professional organizations.
  11. Onboarding and off-boarding of employees and completing the relevant paperwork.
  12. Coordinating and managing employee engagement activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Master's Degree from HEC Recognized University (Degree in HR or Management Sciences preferred).
  • Preferably 2 years of experience as a recruiter in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
