Regional Sales Manager

About This Opportunity:

  • Drive sales growth and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for acquiring new vendors in assigned territory.
  • Lead team of sales executives to achieve a boost in orders/GMV through key account acquisition and vendor retention.

Sales Strategy & Enablement:

  • Develop and optimize the sales process to drive efficiency for the sales teams.
  • Hire, train, and develop Sales Executives in selling business strategy, products through presentation and soft skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure performance and growth using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 6+ years of experience in FMCG/Sales.
  • Proven track record of successful negotiations, influence, and relationship management.
