Job Responsibilities
  1. Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, mailroom, and kitchen; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.
  2. Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices.
  3. Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.
  4. Responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of infrastructure, facilities, and equipment.
  5. Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
  6. Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  7. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  8. Keeps record of official service/maintenance agreements.
  9. Keeps record and issues of new and old equipment.
  10. Prepares annual and monthly budget for administration.
  11. Staff scheduling and assigning duties.
  12. Supervises guards, office boys, and admin assistants to meet operational and security needs.
