The Role of a Senior Business Development Executive

Job Summary

A Senior Business Development Executive plays a pivotal role in driving organizational growth by improving market positioning and expanding revenue streams.

This individual is responsible for defining long-term strategic goals, building key relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and staying abreast of current market conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, advertising, or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
  • Plan persuasive approaches and pitches to convince potential clients to do business with the company.
  • Develop rapport with new clients, set sales targets, and provide ongoing support to continually improve relationships.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (BBA) with 1-2 years of work experience in IT Services, Web Development, or Web Application.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of securing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, to achieve organizational objectives.
