Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging high-caliber sales talent to support our business objectives.

This role requires a combination of strong sourcing skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to build relationships with potential candidates.

  • Source and attract top sales talent from various channels, including social media and professional networks.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting teams to identify requirements and source candidates that match those needs.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring a steady flow of talented individuals for our current and future staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with potential candidates through various sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and recruiters.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and LinkedIn, to find and connect with top talent.
  • Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems.
  • Advanced sourcing training, such as Boolean search and AIRS certification, is a plus.
