We are looking for a seasoned Sales Professional to join our team as a Business Development Executive. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and techniques.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, telesales, or lead generation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written, and have a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Find and connect with potential clients and decision-makers in the region.
- Reach out via calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and other messaging platforms.
- Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Google Maps to source leads.
- Qualify prospects and schedule introductory meetings for the consulting team.
- Build a clean, high-quality pipeline aligned with our offerings.
- Track activities and update lead statuses in CRM tools.
- Provide feedback on market responses and lead quality.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Based in Karachi, willing to work in-office or hybrid.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in business development, telesales, or lead generation.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and remote engagement.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and sales platforms.
- Confident presenting our services to senior decision-makers.
- Regional exposure with clients across KSA, UAE, and Pakistan.
- Hands-on experience in business development for consulting and financial services.
- Collaborative work culture with clear KPIs and career progression.
