Sales Professional Wanted

We are looking for a seasoned Sales Professional to join our team as a Business Development Executive. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and techniques.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, telesales, or lead generation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written, and have a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Find and connect with potential clients and decision-makers in the region.
  • Reach out via calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and other messaging platforms.
  • Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Google Maps to source leads.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule introductory meetings for the consulting team.
  • Build a clean, high-quality pipeline aligned with our offerings.
  • Track activities and update lead statuses in CRM tools.
  • Provide feedback on market responses and lead quality.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Based in Karachi, willing to work in-office or hybrid.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in business development, telesales, or lead generation.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and remote engagement.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and sales platforms.
  • Confident presenting our services to senior decision-makers.
