Software Developer

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our product-engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on our retail point-of-sale (POS) platform, building and maintaining features, writing lightweight SQL Server queries, and creating web-service endpoints.

About the Role

This position involves splitting your time between new C# development and writing basic T-SQL to support application logic. You will be working closely with the product, QA, and UX teams to deliver sprint commitments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain legacy and new POS features and utilities using C#
  • Create and support simple REST/JSON endpoints that connect the POS to head-office and e-commerce systems
  • Write basic T-SQL to support application logic
  • Triage customer issues escalated by support, reproduce, debug, and resolve field issues
Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional C# experience
  • Comfort with basic SQL Server operations (CRUD queries, indexes, backups)
  • Experience building or consuming REST/SOAP web APIs in C#
