This is a role that offers flexibility in work arrangements, but it is essential to be based in Colorado Springs, CO to effectively serve the local rental market.

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Agent who can efficiently present and lease properties to potential renters.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Becoming the first point of contact for tenants, prospects, leads, and other stakeholders, providing excellent customer service.
  • Presenting the features and benefits of available properties in a positive light.
  • Closing sales by converting online traffic to in-person tours and maintaining timely communication with prospects.
  • Coordinating and conducting showings with prospective tenants, while ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.

Our ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational abilities and self-motivation. They should also possess a proven record of sales experience and success.

The successful Leasing Agent will work closely with management to maintain high-quality property marketing and promotional efforts, including creating engaging content for various social media platforms and websites.

Prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting monthly leasing targets will be crucial to achieving success in this role. Additional duties may include administrative tasks, such as preparing move-in paperwork and verifying rental applications, as assigned by management.
