Professional Accounts Associate

Our organization seeks a detail-oriented and driven Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting principles, experience in e-commerce or retail finance, and excellent analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Record and reconcile sales from online marketplaces, maintain day-to-day accounting entries, and track cash inflows from payment gateways.
- Prepare and verify invoices, sales reports, and payment settlements, as well as reconcile COD partner statements and maintain proper vendor ledgers.
- Monitor bank transactions, perform daily bank reconciliations, process supplier payments and employee reimbursements, and assist in monthly closing, journal entries, and adjustment postings.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, growing environment where your skills will directly support business operations across online platforms, retail outlets, and payment gateways.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferably in an e-commerce or retail setup.
- Experience with accounting software, good understanding of accounting principles, and strong MS Excel skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms: Shopify, WooCommerce, Daraz seller center, etc., and COD reconciliation knowledge.
