AI Orchestration Engineer

Disrupt.com is a pioneering venture builder that empowers innovation across 7 Global SaaS Brands.

We're on the hunt for an exceptional AI Orchestration Engineer to design, build, and maintain autonomous agent workflows and LLM-powered services. As a key member of our cross-functional AI & Automation department, you'll collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Analytics, and DevOps teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop multi-step agent pipelines using Python orchestration frameworks like Agno, Crew AI, and LangChain.
  2. Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with external APIs and data sources for tasks such as ad-copy generation, bid-management, and SEO analysis.
  3. Design and refine prompt engineering strategies and fine-tuning workflows.
  4. Build RESTful backend services and microservices in FastAPI or Flask to power agent orchestration, scheduling, and monitoring.
  5. Create simple front-end interfaces or dashboards using React, Vue.js, or Python web frameworks for non-technical teams to launch, monitor, and adjust workflows.
  6. Containerize and deploy services using Docker.
  7. Monitor system health, latency, and cost; set up logging, alerts, and automated retraining triggers for model drift or failures.
  8. Document architecture diagrams, API contracts, runbooks, and best practices to ensure team-wide alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with LLM implementation, inference, and fine-tuning.
  • Experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI SDK.
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of Flask and FastAPI.
  • SQL and NoSQL database experience.
  • Vector databases and embedding models.
