
Business Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to lead initiatives to generate and engage leads through different marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be focused, and able to think critically when making plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply rigor in the bidding and negotiation process to achieve business goals.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of processes, tools, content, and templates promoting new initiatives.
- Review bids/RFPs/REQs to develop proposal plans and kickoff materials.
- Use templates to enter client information and customize content.
- Gather information by interviewing Subject Matter Experts and write various proposal sections.
- Dissect RFPs and build compliance matrices.
- Work with proposal development teams to articulate win strategies.
- Collect technical data and pricing information from SMEs.
- Create storyboards and sectional outlines.
- Develop proposal templates and models.
- Compose all bid content, including executive summaries, organization credentials, cost narratives, technical sections, conclusions, etc.
- Interface with internal and external partners to implement proposal strategies and meet proposal deadlines.
Skill Requirements:
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong presentation skills.
- Excellent time-management and organizational capabilities.
- Proven track record in lead generation/business development.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
