We are looking for a skilled professional to oversee our property portfolio's quality standards, guest satisfaction, and day-to-day operations in a virtual environment.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Property Curation: Ensure that our properties meet the highest standards of quality, amenities, and virtual maintenance requirements.
  2. Photography Management: Coordinate property photo shoots, ensure consistency with our brand guidelines, and maintain up-to-date images.
  3. SEO & Copywriting: Enhance property listings with relevant keywords, optimize for search engines, and craft compelling listing copy.
  4. Day-to-Day Operations: Manage occupancy, address guest concerns, and collaborate with on-site teams or vendors.
  5. Team Leadership: Directly manage and mentor team members, including Data Analysts, Property Creators, and CS Agents.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in property management, short-term rentals, or hospitality operations.
  • Proficiency in property management systems, data analysis, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
